At Carautous, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Returns must include a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or installed lifts
- Customized or special-order equipment
- Items returned without original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
